What we collect
When you book we collect your name, email address and phone number, plus anything you add in special requests (for example allergies).
Why we use it
- To confirm, remind you about and manage your booking.
- To contact you if something changes at the restaurant.
- To send news and offers, only if you ticked the box. You can untick it any time.
Who sees it
Restaurant staff at the branch you booked, and the email service that delivers our messages. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
Booking details are kept for 24 months so we can honour requests and spot repeated no-shows, then deleted.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to the address on our contact page.
